Return & replacement policy
At Half Rate Deals, we are committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction. All products are carefully checked and verified before dispatch to ensure proper condition and functionality.
We provide replacement support only. Refunds are not available.
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return in case there is a defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Ph: 9914409293, 7508149363 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement of the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Replacement Eligibility
Customers can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery in case of:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Product not working properly
- Verified product-related issue
To request a replacement, customers must contact our support team with order details and proper unboxing proof/images/videos if required.
Replacement Conditions
- Product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice
- Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Replacement will be processed after product inspection and verification
- Replacement is subject to product availability
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling may not be eligible
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Replacement will not be applicable for:
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Missing accessories or packaging
- Software or compatibility-related issues
- Requests raised after the replacement period
